  The weather is killing us it's been 70 to 80 degrees. The mosquitoes are the size of teal. There has been no wind and fog every morning. Nothing is forcing the ducks to move and with no wind it is hard to set up the Dekes . Also with the clear weather they just circle and really have time to scrutinize the set up

We had a great opening week but the weather isn't bringing new birds in . It's supposed to turn cold this weekend we are shooting birds it's just that migrators are easier to work. We are seeing more geese. All will be good for next week we have 3 Irish hunters coming.  Mostly Woodies No bands as of yet.

We need the Wind to swing around to the it's usual SW so they land on the lip of the pit. Takes us almost 2 hours to get a our limit of Ducks. We are holding most of the ducks in the Marsh right now Mosquitos are killing
