I just picked up a mid-range one. I really like this choke. I shoot hevi-metal #3's and it patterned tight at 40 yards. I crushed the few birds that I was able to shoot at so far. Anyone else have thoughts on these?

Was up filming with the Lynch Mob over the weekend and shot speed ball and long range tube, and it performed very well.

I shoot Hevi Metal 3's through an Improved Modified choke tube and it performs well. It is basically the same constriction as the extended range.

What did you think of the speed ball Chip? 3 of us have shot the #5's it patterns well, but none of us have killed a bird with it yet. Maybe the lead adjustment for the speed?

I haven't tried the speed ball yet. But, from what I have heard from others, you need less lead with it

I use both the Mid and Extended Range choke tubes from HeviShot and they pattern better than any
choke that I have ever used..............

After shooting the hevi-shot with the mid and extended choke tubes, I'm not going back to anything else.
I've never felt more confident in shooting since I started using it.

I agree.  The HEVISHOT choke tubes are by far the best on the market today
