okay so im 17years old im spending this summer through the end of my senior year training hard, im looking to add more workouts to my workout. right now heres what im doing.

-30 sledgehammer hits on tractor tire
-10 pullups
-10 tractor tire flips
-25 situps
-50 ft tire drag
-10 burpees
-10ft tire drag
-10 medicine ball slams
-15ft stationary tire pull
-10 kettlebell swings
-25 pushups
-10 box jumps
-150 lb 100ft farmer walk

im doing this 4 days a week at 3 sets a day. any suggestions? thanks.
