Tom Greenwood III, (website name= Greenwood)

Tom has been waterfowling since the age of 4, when he accompanied his grandpa Tom Sr. to the goose pits in southern ill. , where he was born and raised. His Grandpa has been guiding for over 50 years now and has got Tom III hooked from day one. When you’re born and raised in southern Illinois, you already have waterfowling in your blood.
Tom is and has been in the waterfowl industry since 2002, from making and selling custom acrylic calls to filming hunts and working trade shows. Along the way he has met a lot of people and made a lot of friends.
In the spring summer l when he isn’t busy working on combines, you can almost always find him somewhere on a lake fishing. Tom has a beautiful wife Wendy and two great kids Wyatt- 4 and Laney- 2. Usually Wyatt is with his dad when he’s on the lake and in the blind when dad is hunting.
Tom makes a lot of trips back to southern ill, during the fall and winter, to hunt with his cousin and good friend; Head guide Tim Ellis at Arrow Head Lodge. “There’s nothing like duck hunting down at arrowhead” says Tom. Tim has been at the lodge since the beginning and watched the club grow and prosper.
When Tom is in Ohio chasing geese, you can always bet that his buddy Brad is with him. “That is one guy that you can always rely on to go out and hunt with you no matter how cold and nasty it is” adds Tom.
In late fall of 2009 Tom hooked up with good friend Field Hudnall and help him launch his new line of custom duck and goose calls, Field Proven Calls. Tom has worked beside Field and his brother Clay since 2002 and has developed a tight relationship or brotherhood with these two guys.
Tom is also a volunteer firefighter for Chickasaw Fire Dept and hopes someday that he might possibly get the opportunity to go full time somewhere.

Bret Ayers, (website name= Bret Ayers)

Bret, 34, grew up chasing waterfowl along the shores and surrounding fields of Grand Lake St. Marys, in west central Ohio. Bret credits his father Charlie for igniting his passion toward waterfowl hunting. Now as a father, Bret sees to it that his kids are by his side when hunting or on a scouting trip. He feels it is very important to the future of this sport and for the future of our wetlands that the youth get involved in any way possible.
The unique language of waterfowl, in particular the Canada goose, fueled Bret’s desire to replicate their sound. His hard work and many hours of practice paid off, not only in the field but on stage as well. Some of Bret’s accomplishments are; winning the 2002 & 2004 Ohio State Goose Calling Championship, the 2002 & 2004 Buckeye Classic Championship, the 2004 West Kentucky Open 2-Man Championship, 2004 Ohio State Goose 2-Man Championship, 1st Runner-up 2002 2-Man World Goose Calling Championship, as well as numerous Top 5 finishes.
In early 2011, Bret teamed up with George Lynch of Lynch Mob Calls. Bret’s experience in call making and videography brings an extra punch to the LMC team. “George makes an incredible product but to me, the Dog Cam is really something special!” says Bret. “Being a dog owner, seeing the hunt from a dog’s perspective is truly amazing!” Bret also plays an active role within LMC, he contributes his time to tuning calls, running camera and editing video.
Bret also contributes his time in giving back to his community by being a member of the Coldwater Volunteer Fire Department and Coldwater EMS.
Bret resides in Coldwater, Ohio with his wife Kim and their four children Emma 10, Paige 8, Mason 5 and Lauren 3.

At 10 I shot my first side by side12ga. both barrels at once. I did shoot a duck. I learned to hunt ducks and Upland game, play soccer and hockey at a Juvenile competitive level representing my school and the city teams separately. Represented the RCMP at an Int'l IPSC competition in 1983 winning 2 trophies for Top Policeman and Top Revolver out of 143 competitors. In the early 90's I taught my 3 girls (two are twins) how to enjoy the shooting sport and introduced them to Upland bird hunting. Since 1992 I have been a member of Ridgedale Rod and Gun Club. After a 26 yr RCMP career I retired in 2001 (at 46 yrs old). Until recently I have hunted all over our beautiful Province of British Columbia for big game, and have successfully hunted Moose, Elk, Mule/ Whitetail Deer, Black Bear and any numerous Wiley Coyotes. Now I enjoy teaching new handgun shooters, new hunters in my off time as well as Waterfowl hunting.

David Goularte-

Joined the Santa Clara Volunteer Fire Department right out of High School in 1979, knew immediately that the fire service was what I wanted for my career. Attended Mission College in 1981 and received a degree in Fire Science and started testing all over the Bay Area to get hired and start my career as a firefighter. Got hired in March 1984 by the City of Mountain View Fire Department and then was picked up by Santa Clara City Fire Department the same year. In May of 1991 I became certified as a tiller man on a truck company where I stayed for 14 years, then spent my last 4 years on the Haz Mat Team where I retired out in 2009. My father started me pheasant hunting when I was just 9 years old and walked with all the hunters carrying my little BB gun. After 3 years of this and passing my hunter safety course by 12 years old, I was hooked. Since then, waterfowl has become my passion! I enjoyed Baja fishing so much I started my own “Baja Capers Fishing Tournaments” in 1996 for firefighters across the country. Fifteen years later I was receiving awards from the Billfish Foundation for Tagging and releasing over 857 Billfish in my Tournaments. My anglers requested Alaska which I also run tournaments there also for the last 5 years. I also enjoy hunting elk, deer wild boar, Turkeys, upland game birds all they way down to Mexico. My passion takes me to where the game is! I am now on The Pro Staff Team for Mossy Oak, Ure-a-Duck decoys, Bill Saunders and Fowlfighters living my passion! “I have a great wife Kari of 21 years, daughter Kayla, and two sons Colton & Dakota. Both of my boys love to be outdoors with dad and hunt when they can. My wife has been very supportive throughout the years, as she knows I have a strong passion for the outdoors.
