FOWLFIGHTER MEMBERS-
     It�s time for the 2012 FowlFighters Turkey Contest. Below are rules and sign ups for the contest

     As for the rules, we want to keep this as simple as possible so here goes
  
1. Must be a registered member (membership is FREE)
2. Only birds taken in the spring 2012 season are eligible.
3. Only one bird per contestant. If you harvest two you can upgrade to the biggest one.
4. Any legal weapon in the regs may be used, No extra points for different weapons.
5. Scoring: Beard length to the nearest 1/4 inch, rounded down times 2.

EX: Beard length of 11 3/8in would be rounded down to 11 1/4in, times 2.  Scoring= 11.25 x 2 = 22.5

- Beards measured from where it attaches to the neck skin to the end of the longest hair. Multiple beards count.
-Both spurs will be measured to nearest
  quarter inch, rounded down, times 10.
-Spurs measured from where it
 attaches on leg to tip. Multiple spurs count.

EX: 1st. spur measuring 1 3/8in would be rounded down to 1 1/4in, times 10. Scoring = 1.25 x 10= 12.5
      2nd. spur measuring 1 3/8in would be rounded down to 1 1/4in, times 10. Scoring = 1.25 x 10= 12.5
           Total is = 25

>6. Pictures:

1) You and the bird


2) beard showing measurement.


3) each spur showing measurement.


4) All pictures must be legible showing actual length of beard and both spurs.

>7. Entries must be received by the last day of your states spring season.

>8. Tiebreakers: If there is a tie the single longest spur will win. If two different contestants have the same length of spurs, Team FowlFighters will vote on the harvest photo to break the tie.
