At our FD we train a few times a year in RIC ops. However alot of us here are lucky enough to have the chance to go out and teach RIC ops about 6-10 times a year. The more you do and are around the more proficient you become. We also have taking our attic area and turned it into a small training area we have numerous props and abilities we can do and conduct. Also we have some mobile props that those of us that teach it have built that we use. Training towers are nice but hard to get with budget cuts that are happening to everyone.
